Zep Professional Rubberized Coating is a premium-
quality, versatile, rubberized coating which
provides many years of outdoor protection. It
produces a heavy-bodied, flexible film which protects
metal against abrasion and corrosion while
muffling unwanted noise caused by excessive
vibration. Zep Professional Rubberized Coating
is an ideal undercoating and sound deadener for
use on fenders, quarter and door panels, firewalls,
hoods, trunk decks, weld joints, etc.
USES INCLUDE: Air Conditioners, Ductwork,
Metal Sinks, Piping, Gutters, Downspouts,
Eaves, Mirror Roof Repairs, Tree Pruning, and
Fence Posts.
DIRECTIONS
1. Shake well before and occasionally during
use. Continue shaking for about one
minute after mixing ball moves freely.
2. Apply only to clean, dry surfaces.
3. Hold can 12-18 inches from surface and
apply with a smooth, sweeping motion.
4. Remove overspray with Zep I.D. Orange
5. Clear valve after each use by inverting
can and spraying until clear.
NOTE: Zep Professional Rubberized Coating
provides a flexible finish, which can be painted.
A flexible enamel or lacquer is recommended
for best performance. Because of the
variety of paints available, user should determine
suitability and assume liability for any
checking, cracking or imperfections of painted
surface.
Avoid application closer than 14” to exhaust
systems or catalytic converters.
Avoid overspray onto painted surfaces of
automobiles.
